Shipping

In-stock items are processed and shipped within 2 business days of order. We primarily use USPS and FedEx for shipping services. For further information on FedEx and USPS services, please visit FedEx and USPS respectively.

United States Domestic Shipping

As of June 2017, our shipping policies have changed. All Domestic orders shipped via USPS will require a signature confirmation upon delivery. Shipping charges will be based on order value shown below:

International Shipping

Shipping on international orders will be calculated based on weight and destination. Transit times will depend on local delivery services. Please note that we will not be responsible for all customs/import duty incurred. 

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Thank you for choosing Zathiya Lingerie. Most items are returnable as long as they are returned in their unworn condition with tags still attached. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase. Please allow up to 5 business days for returns to be processed. Returned items must be received within 14 days of the order delivery date. That is, the date on which your order is marked as "Delivered." Store credit will be issued for items received more than 14 days and within 30 days. Special-ordered items are returnable as long as they are not customized/altered.

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift certificates
  • Items that show signs of wear or use - marks/stains, perfume/smoke/any other smells, pet hairs
  • Thongs, panties, shorts, briefs, hipsters, one-piece swimsuits, etc. for hygienic reasons
  • Items shipped to international addresses
  • Altered and/or customized items
  • Clearance items

United States customers:

To return your item(s), please submit a Return Request under your account. If you do not have an account with us, please notify us by email before sending your returnable items. You are responsible for shipping costs of your return, and any exchanges you wish to make. Please be sure your return package is insured. We will not be held responsible for any losses or damage during transit.

For exchanges, please use this Returns & Exchange Form provided in your package. You are responsible for applicable shipping charges before the exchange order is shipped out. A PayPal invoice will be issued for this. If the exchange item requested is valued less than that of the returned item, the difference will be refunded to the original form of payment, less applicable shipping charges. If the exchange item requested is valued more than that of the returned item, a PayPal invoice will be issued for the difference and for applicable shipping charges before the exchange order is shipped out. 

Shipping charges are not refundable. 

International customers:

Items shipped to international addresses are not returnable at this time.

Special and Custom Orders

Special orders are orders from our manufacturers for items either currently not carried in our store or sizes/styles currently out of stock. Use the special order form to request these items, as well as for custom/modified pieces (currently only available with Comexim).

The following applies to Special and Custom Orders

  • 25% non-refundable deposit is required for all special and customization/alteration orders once the order is confirmed. A PayPal invoice will be issued to the email provided. If payment for the deposit is not received within 5 business days of the order, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
  • The remaining 75% plus applicable shipping charges are due when the items are received by us, and available to ship out to you.
  • When the items are available, a PayPal invoice will be issued to the email provided; this can either be paid with a credit card or PayPal account. If payment is not received within 5 business days of the invoice, the items will be made available to others for purchase.
  • All Comexim customization orders will have a customization fee of $3.
  • Special size orders from Ewa Michalak will have an additional $5 charge.
  • To order a particular style in another cut (e.g. a CHP in a PL cut), a $10 charge will apply. Such items are considered customized and are therefore non-returnable.
  • Texas sales tax will be applied to orders shipping to Texas addresses.
  • Production times alone, not including shipping times, average about 8 weeks.
