I suspect Robert Williams and Vipin Kumar Kamarapu are one in the same. using Robert Williams sounds as if he is American. I placed the order after swapping a few emails with RW assuring me the item I wanted was to my specifications. My guard down, I placed the order and thought everything would be fine since the transaction was through PayPal. several days passed and no new email with a tracking # I emailed several times with no response. On 9/21 I contacted PayPal and filled a claim. To date they have not responded to PayPal’s attempt to contact them.. I demand I want a full refund. Stay away
