Complaint: I had ordered a replacement rim for my vehicle since I had one bent. The rim was a RSL Akunin. Their website showed that they carried the rim, so I called and asked if they had one in stock. They told me yes, that it was in stock and they would ship it out to me as soon as I ordered it. I placed the order with my credit card. I should have received it within a week. The rim cost 160.00. After two weeks went by and never receiving it, I called and asked them what happened. They told me that the rim was damaged in shiping and they would send out another one that I should get within 1 week. I gave them the benifit of the doubt and waited another week and nothing came. I called again and they td me that the rim was soppose to be drop shipped from the manufacturer but they had a 6 week back order. I told them that I wanted a refund, so they told me they would refund the money back to the credit card. Day after day, I checked online to see if the refund was recieved online and nothing ever got refunded. So I called again and they told me I should have had it by now, I called the bank to verify if i got it back or not and they told me no. So I called prostreetonline again and they told me they they would do it again. Another week has gone by with nothing refunded. I have been calling off and on for the refund which has not been and problably never will be refunded. Very bad business.
