Pavilion Place won’t run your application for an apt. rental unless you give them a deposit first. Then if they reject the application they keep the deposit, but they do not tell you that in advance. Rip off scam artists. I would have never of given them a deposit in good faith if I knew they were not reputable people.. I demand Full refund. I don’t recommend them
