I contacted company within 30 minutes of placing order via e-mail linked to their web-site stating that an error had been made and the wrong item was ordered to contact me regarding cancellation and correct order. After 3 e-mails on their web-site to their customer svc. dept. they still have not responded. They had an area that said to contact them via the above method if there was any problem with the order & they would respond within a day at the latest during busy times. It has been 24 hours & there is no phone number to contact this company, only the e-mail. I was going to order the correct items from them but have now purchased from another company. This is very poor business practice. In order to return the item, we have to pay a restocking fee of 15% which should have been avoided plus we were paying for expedited shipping. Companies like this should be shut down for poor business practices.
